Shipping Policy

We are so excited for you to receive your Arlowe pieces.

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow additional time during new releases, promotions, or holidays as order volume may be higher.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. We currently ship within the United States and are not responsible for delays once packages have been transferred to the carrier. Arlowe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes can be made before shipment.
