Refund policy
We hope you love your Arlowe pieces as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Due to the limited nature of our collections, all returns are eligible for store credit only and we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Sale items, accessories, and special releases are final sale and cannot be returned. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
